Hi Chris, I have a 1942 IHC I-6 tractor, on the right side of the engine block there is a casting # 6722-D6. As the others said , this engine was used in several different tractors. From the factory in my I-6, the engine is 247.6 cubic inches( most sources just say 248), and is rated at 25 drawbar horsepower, 32.4 horsepower at the belt pulley. Overhaul parts for this engine are available from many different sources. From what I have learned so far, this is a strong and dependable engine when cared for....Tom
