John, I have a Super H with disc brakes and it seems that if I let it sit for any time the brakes don't work very good unless I ride the brakes by pushing them off and on a bunch of times. What seems to happen is that the metal friction surfaces rust when the tractor sits for a while even if you keep it in a shed. My tractor is never left outside and it does that. You can try riding the brakes first. However, if they haven't worked in the past you will certainly have to do what Don says.
