True... You'd be surprised how much is currently made in Mexico and how much more will be in the near future. That also means a name change should be in order.. "General Mexico" instead of General Motors. I work for GM in a testing facility. Been doing several tests comparing and showing that Mexico parts are far superior to those made around here. Needless to say, if we had as new of equipment, that wouldn't be the case. Two of the competing plants here were former WWII bomber plants, some using the same equipment. But, if they keep sending the jobs down south, there won't be anyone here that can afford a car anyway. All in good sport of busting the union. If that doesn't scare you enough.. Your typical "Japanese" car has more parts made in the US than ANY of the big 3. (car for car) I'm sure I'll be looking for a job tomorrow now.. HAHA!
