Jack's $1850 seems to be a rough average for a "good" H in much of the country. The loader would probably make it worth a few hundred more, depending upon how useful you think it will be for you. Since it costs so much to transport a tractor, pricing tends to vary quite a bit by location. I notice prices in my area (near Denver) tend to run a good bit higher for some tractors than what they seem to run back in the midwest farm belt. What's reasonable for "out-back-of-beyond" Wyoming I don't know. You'd have to figure it would cost you several hundred dollars to transport a tractor to your location from any more-populated area, and then factor in how common tractors are in your area, and how much money people have to spend in your area, as you mentioned. My best guess is that $2500 should be about the most you'd want to offer - and that would be assuming you really checked it out thoroughly yourself and it passed with flying colors. Good luck.
