I replaces the Champion D15 spark plugs with D21 plugs(like Phil mentioned)in my Super A this winter and it eliminated the carbon fouling for me to.
I also had gas driping from the bottom of the carb, but only while I was trying to start the engine. It seems that the carbon fouled plugs made for hard starting. So,if the engine didn't start right away I got some gas driping. With the new plugs it starts right up and now it doesn't drip gas anymore. Does your Super drip gas all the time or just while trying you are trying to start it?
