if the stud remover is broke off also the only way is a die grinder with a small carbide tip isally 1/8 or so in dia and grind the pieces the stud removable piece that you said was also broke off is verry hard will not drill out therefore grinding out the pieces is the way to go have had to do this in other cases its slow but about the only way a torch can be used but you would want the head removed and good knowledge of the right tip ect not fun at all I have left hand drill bits do not use the stud removers because they can break and have a mess like yours good luck
