farmall axle freezes?

I live a freezing cold climate and when I first start up my Farmall Super C the right rear wheel acts as if it is froze up annd drags untill I rock the tractor back and forth and it lets go with a snap I drained and replaced the gear oil in the transmission and I greased the outer axle.Anybody any help! Thanks!
