Doesn't seem like a money maker to me. After all, the fellow who would be you customer are mostly restoring tractors as a hobby, and the work involved is kind of a Zen-like therapy. I don't think enough people would be willing to pay you to have their fun for them. On the other hand, if you specialized, like magneto repair, steering wheel refurbishment, instrument repair, etc, you might be able to make a go of it, provided you got a large enough customer base.
