The oil leak may not be the rear main seal but it could be comming from the input shafts due to the dust from the clutch it sometimes makes the oil or should i say the Hy Tran look like engine oil. After splitting the tractor pay close atenshion to the Pto input shaft if the splines are woren the shaft will wobbel and cause the seal to leak , you will need to replace the pussure plate and the pto input and bearing and seal.If it is a rear main seal also check your main bearings for wear along with the rod bearings.
