Both the C and the Super C have the hydraulic Touch Control. The fast hitch was an option on the Super C. All do not have it. You can buy an aftermarket 3 pt hitch for either. The Super C has a water pump (later Cs also had the water pump) and a larger engine. The C is bit underpowered I think, so if you are going to do real work, try to find a Super or at least a C that has been reworked with overbore sleeves and pistons. Some things to look for: Check the block behind the carburator. If cracked from freeze up, that is where they break out. Check the fan belt top pulley. It is made of stamped metal. You will find some worn out. That means the tractor has done a lot of work. Check for play in the steering. And check to make sure the grease fittings on the rear axle are in place and look like they have been used. The only lub the outboard rear axle bearing gets is from those grease fittings. The trans fluid does not lub that bearing. Also check that the transmission shifts good into all gears and is not making excess noise. Good Luck!!
