Binder Books has a parts manual for the 560 that (I would think) should include the Fast Hitch - it's worth having for the rest of your tractor anyway, and is extremely useful in understanding how everything (originally at least) is supposed to fit together.

Doubt that the parts you need will be available through CaseIH, but you should be able to get them from a good salvage yard. I've included a link to the ATIS list of salvage yards below - some of them specialize in IH, and they're probably the place to check first. I think I've also seen some of what you need in the Quality Farm catalog. Good luck locating what you need.
