Kenney you should be fine. I am pretty sure that is Class 4 because I have class 4 and 6,600 GVW package on my 98 Z71. DO NOT pull in overdrive. Pull in 3rd gear. I am not familiar with the tow button. My Rock doesn't have that. A stripped M with belt pulley and liftall will weigh right at 5,000 pounds. That is assuming dry tires.
