Some do, some don't. The later ones (like the super A1) seem to always have them. Exactly when they started to be stock from the factory is unclear to me. You can usually get an argument started over that so all I'll say is "I don't know". Probably the super A is like the C in that many earlier ones were retrofitted with a water pump at some later date and it is hard to tell now if it is an original or not. If you check the forum archives, there are probably a number of past discussions that can give you some insight into the whole question better than I can.
