The 354 was sold primarily in the eastern seaboard states from Maine to Florida and in eastern Canada. There are a number of them here in Ontario. They were primarily sold in small mixed farming areas. There was a companion tractor also sold that is similar but with about 5 more horespower. It was called the 364 in the United states and 444 in Canada. There was a larger number of them sold in Quebec and the Maritime provinces. They are relatively easy to get parts for in this area. The best local used parts source I know of is Fawcett's in St. Marys Ontario. Their website is www.fawcett.cc or 800-372-7149.
