F706 L

I have an F706L with the 6 cylinder running off of propane. Rebuilt the head last year and it ran good for a short period and then lost power and starting blowing oil out the exhaust. I figure that I have bad rings. Can I just replace the rings or do I need to replace the sleeves, pistons and the rings. Also I would like to find an engine manual, I do not know that much about tractors and am not sure which one I neeed off of the list on the web site. Thanks
