magneto question-Bob M?

I have heard that Cubs converted to 12 volts and equipped with a magneto may spin with the starter faster than the operating speed of the impulse coupling. Trying to sort out the implications of this. If a Cub with magneto is hand cranked, when the tractor starts, the magneto must provide igniton for the engine to accelerate to idle speed or beyond. So if the starter spins the magneto fast, the magneto should have sufficient output. Also, when the impulse is working, the ignition is not advanced. As soon as the speed exceeeds the impulse coupling operation, the ignition is fully advanced. So if the 12 volt cranking speed has the magneto fully advanced it is also true that the cranking speed is great enough to eliminate the possibility of kickback. The statements are not presented as fact, but as my analysis of the situation. Tried to word it simply and briefly. If my analysis is flawed, enlighten me.
