Sickle Bar Mower and a bush hog

Hello,

I recently bought an H, and it came with both a sickle bar and a Bush Hog.

a) the sickle has a serial number ending in R3 - any ideas where I can get a manual etc. so I can date it and then find out what bar I need to find?

b( the bush hog - no discernible identifying numbers on it, but there is a large faded L on each side. Any ideas who made this?
