The heads on those old engines have HUGE comb. chambers. The FireCrater Pistons and sleeves are both bigger bore and higher compression. Huge lump of alum. on top of those pistons! The real HP-maker was the M&W Add-Power's, They off-set the wrist pin hole in the piston to give the rod a better angle at the throw of the crankshaft.
