Ray,
If the tractor runs clean (no oil smoke) and
smooth (replacing plugs notwithstanding), and has
decent tires, yes, it's worth $1,000. If the
metal is straight it'll be worth even more. I
would assume that the paint was not real good from
your description, but if the rust is only surface
rust, that is easy to fix. Are the bins good on
the planter? They're worth a bit by themselves
if not rusted out. Phil
