The parts book shows 4 square headed bolts inserted in the recessed square holes with a lock washer and washer on the inside of the wheel. That's the way they are mounted on my H. Second weights are mounted with 4 bolts in the opposite direction using the 2 holes and 2 slots on the edge of the weight.
