3-point hitch for M

Where's a good place to get a 3-pt hitch for a Farmall M? What should I be looking for in the way of adjustments, and what should be the extension possible from the cylinder? If I'm going to use the hitch for a 6-foot bushhog and/or a small disk do I need two cylinders or is one as good? Category I or II? (If anyone near Maryland has a used hitch they want to sell please let me know.)
