Farmall MD Injectors

I have the injector assy pulled out of the head of my MD, but the manual says to use a special tool to pull the bottom precombustion chamber out. One of them came out with the injector assy, but the other ones seem to be stuck in. I have the head off, but I didn't want to use a punch or something as I thought I would damage them. Do I need to try to borrow this special tool? Roger
