To Charlie;Thanks for the help it just so happens that I also lost the screw that hold the condenser and replaced it with alonger one not agood idea.Well I have taken out the dist ahd found that the small gear on the bottom of the shaft has indeed sheared off its pin.Ouestion now what do I do.Do you have a part number for the pin .Well once again I want to thank you for your help with thi problem.By the way I live in Missouri are we neighbers. Tom
