Cub Lo-Boy mower deck

After spending the winter re-building my cub, today I went to finish up and went brain-dead when I started to hook up the mower deck. I can't remember how the belts were set up. This looks like the original deck (5'), but no name is on it. It has three grooves in the center spindle, one on each side spidle. Then the belt travels back to the lower pulley and up to the power take-off pulley. Can someone please tell me how the belt is installed?
