Farmall 140 cultivators

What is the proper term for the part that has the wedged bolt which tightens the cultivators to the horizontal bar which lowers and raises? I call it a knuckle. Does anyone know where I could find 4 - 6 of them? How much should they cost? Thanks for any feedback.
