First thing I would do is replace the O-rings at between the valves. You got about a dozen O-rings that could each be a source of leakage. Unless the valves are actually leaking internally, i.e. won't hold position, I wouldn't think they need much work. If you have a parts or service manual (maybe even an IT manual) it will have a pretty good exploded view so you can see where all the O-rings are.
