YES MIKE, I HAVE A 384 TRACTOR IT HAS THE FOWARD AND REVERSER ON THE TRACTOR IT HAS 8 FOWARD AND 8 REVERSE GEARS. POWER STERRING, FOOT THROTTLE,AND R.O.P.S THE TRACTOR IS THE SAME THING AS B-414 OR A B-275. JUST DIFFERENT TIN WORK.THE 384 DOESN'T HAVE A FRONT LOADER. THESE TRACTORS HANDLE A FRONT LOADER VERY WELL. THE FRONT BUCKET ON THE B-414 IS 5 FOOT WIDE DUAL ACTION CYLINDERS IT IS A DIESEL. AND IT MAKES FOR A GREAT UTILTY TRACTOR FOR THE PART-TIME FARMER OR A LARGE HOME OWNERS. ANY ??? E-MAIL MA BACK HAVE A GOOD DAY AND I HOPE I HAVE ANSWERED YOUR QUESTIONS. CHARLES IN MARYLAND.
