To answer your question, I guess it depends on how much you are going to work it. It will be an expensive proposition to overhaul an MD, you will probably be in it for at least $2000-2500 +. If you can use it for a number of years - great. I wouldn't pay over $500 for it. I bought one complete for $310 with a single front wheel and aftermarket 3-pt, stuck for years. Like the guys said, you'll never be able to sell it for what you put in it, but I don't think that's what you're asking.
