Do you have the clamps tight,and if so,are they in good shape?Is the rubber hose rotted,or split?Is there a hole corroded in the metal pipe?If clamps are good,rubber hose is still in good shape,and,pipe isn't corroded it shouldn't leak.It would probably be easier to repair/replace the problem than to hunt a different hose,plus,your H will keep it's nostalgic charm.The hoses on my 51 H are originals(I'm guessing)and don't leak a drop.
