IH 354 price

I'm looking at an International 354 with power steering. It runs well and they want $4730. I notice that the price paid for this model in 1998 (tractor values listing at this site) was $2800. Can anyone tell me if prices have just inflated that much in the past 3 years or is this asking-price high. Also, the $2800 price sounds low, so is there something one should be wary about regarding this model. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.
