The 15.5 used to be the old 13 X 38. Your 13.6 X 38 used to be the 12 X 38. So in effect your stepping up one inch. For $20 If they're decent tires I'd go for it. Tractor will run a bit faster in each gear, maybe 3-4 percent. I'd use a clip-on air chuck when you air them up the first time. The narrow rim puts more stress on the steel wires inside the rubber tire bead. They could break & tire blow off the rim. You don't want to be around then.
