Picture I'd like to have was from the spring of 1978. I was driving for UPS in rural Coal Valley IL, (Moline area) My littl' brown truck got stuck in frt of the jd Test farm, in a frost heave. Gentleman with a tired old jd 70 pulled me out. The Picture I wanted was one of the BIG jd 86X0 whatever was the new model, pulling 6 or 7 16" bottoms, full duals, etc. But what MY pic. would show was the 100 ft. of cable out to the 48X0 out ahead of it.... trying to keep the whole affair moving....It WAS kinda slick out in that stalk ground. Real Farmers were 10 days to 2 weeks away from field work.
