Kroil is the best If you ask me, I am fortunate to use it al the time. We get it at work in cases and I can useually ask my boss for a spare can every now and then. I wouldn't hesitate to pay $10 a can for it(I forget how much it actually costs). Just took off some frame bolts on the two-row planter that probaly have never been taken off since it was new 50 years ago. I thought that I would have to torch them off. One application and a 3/4" wrench and a 2 foot "cheater-bar" and just a little pressure and wala! I think there website is Kano-labs.com. The second best is Auto-Zones Spray-Penetrant. Looks cheap but it is a big fooler, the stuff works better than WD-40, it is about $1.29 a can , a dollar cheaper than WD-40 but better. Smells awlful lot like diesel since it's main ingredient is kerosene.
