As standard equipment, I believe the front axle and grille were different. The 2424 had two non adjustable (one regular duty and i heavy duty) and the adjustable like the 424 available. The 424 was standard with farm tread tires F-1 & R-1 whereas the 2424 was standard with industrial tread tires I-1 on front and R-3 or R-4 on rear. Farm tread F-1 & R-1 tires were optional on 2424 as were some wheel and tire sizes not available on the 424. There were also some different hydraulic options. Three point was standard on 424 and optional on 2424 as was pto. I 2424 was also available with a shuttle shift transmission. A I2424 ordered from the factory with; adjustable front axle, 3 point hitch, and pto would be just like a standard I424 except for the paint. I may have forgotten some details but that is basicly it.
