F20 WF

We purchased a f20 a while back and are in the process of restoring it. The tractor had an aftermarket WF that we have neve seen before. It attaches to a normal pedistal and all but it also attactched to the normal front end. We were going to scrap it but then decided to keep just to show. Any ideas? Thanks P.S. anyone have a starter to fit a F20 thats for sale?
