I have the same problem with two old style WFE. Have one installed in an engine hoist with hydralic pressure for two months penetrating oil every other day no budge. A fellow reported that his success was by taking the axle to a blacksmith who had a big "rosebud" torch and that they applied serious heat for 45 minuts while twisting the inner barrell and it finally came. I would take both to a heat source but one wfe is cast iron and I'm nervous about extreme heat on it. D-2
