T-340 crawler

A friend has a T-340 crawler that he is going to part with, it needs steering clutches but other than that its in really good shape,its the yellow version,has no blade,it does have a PTO unit on it. I dont know how much to offer. What do you all think ?? Or is there anyone else who would like to add this to their collection? Thanks.
