1066 how much will it bring

I looked at a 1066 with a Deluxe cab w/ac. A old a man owned it an he die is has been parked for 5 years but ran when parked. It is all there the Hour Meter said 1099 but the tire are wore out so i would say it had more hours on it then that.
So how much will it bring or should i give for it?
