I can't begin to thank all of ya'll for your comments, the debris sucked up is my first starting point after I pull the plug wires. Now SWR FAMAN - I would like for you to explain the racket comment, as in they make a pile of noise when one cyl. is missing due to a wire disconnected or just a clanking in general on these old monsters. One thing I do have good oil pressure at start up will push 60lbs or better and settle to around high 40's when warmed up this is when the knocking seems to settle out a little.
