What could be the cause?

For oil running out over the top of the cup at bottom of air cleaner on a 43H. Engine overhauled with new rod and main bearings, and new rings, head redone at machine shop, new kit in carb, new breather line between head and air cleaner pipe, 30wt oil in breather cup up to oil level line. Valve lash adjusted twice since overhaul at .017 Hot, timing checked with light to be right on the pointer at 450rpm. Head retorked twice. No other leaks anywhere in/around engine. Only happens when tractor is rev'ed up to full trottle. Maintaining 40 psi oil pressure when engine is warmed up/65psi upon start up.//FB
