I have used the rust remover from Eastwood. It really works good, even too good some times as I used it on my little gas tank on my Farmall MD. The inside looked like new, but there were two leaks to fix. The sealer that comes with the kit is supposed to take care of any leaks, but I didn't buy it. I also used it on the main tank of my MD. It was real rusty and after I was done it was relatively clean (no leaks). I also use the method someone suggested some time ago in the discussion forum about using a bunch of 1/2 inch nuts and throw in the tank. Then shake the tank or as someone said, duct tape it to the tractor wheel, jack it up, and let it run like a rock tumbler for a while. Roger
