Nice picture!! Now it seems like it's a lot different job combining a field of grain-up there in a air conditioned cab running a machine that'll whack down 5 times as much grain as the little pull-type machines did-or more. But, I still remember how much I enjoyed running my uncle's Farmall SMTA and the no. 64 pull-type combine. Yeah, sometimes it was hot, sometimes it was dirty and dusty, a few times I jammed the cylinder with tough straw or weeds and had to loosen the concaves to back it out, but looking back it was pretty good duty and life was good in those days-I've sure seen worse.
