Yeah i never thought about the scavenger pump, but might look into it. After we put 20hrs on this engine after rebuild we started having problems with the torque converter overheating and then the dozer won't move. Put in a new scavenger pump, still no luck. Pulled the strainer and it was solid with metal shavings. Yanked everything thing our from torque converter to final drives and rebuilt it. The only thing that kind of leads me away from it being the scavenger pump now is that the torque converter is staying right were it should be temperature wise. Will be interesting to see what we find out this week.
