Tractor problems

I'm looking at a IH656 Hydro and there are a few things on it that I am concerned with. - right rear axle seal leak
- center pin on front axle slightly worn
- left brake doesn't have the grab that the right one does (might just be the left "pads". I watched the owner drive it and he always uses the left brake to stop and park.) I am pretty mechanical, but am not too familiar with tractors yet. Any ideas as to how easy these would be to fix or if they even need fixed? Thanks. - Gerald
