I wrote some instructions for a Super A/140 plow a while back. Of course that was not for a fast hitch plow, but the basics would be the same. Put the land wheels (the ones that do not run in the furrow) on blocks about the depth you want to plow. Then lower the plow and make adjustments so that the plow is level side to side and the land slide is level front to back. That is how it should run after you get started and have a furrow for the tractor wheels to run in. To get started (when you have no furrow for the wheels to run in), lower the front of the plow, so that the plow is "running on the point" and will dig in. After you have that furrow the depth you want, then adjust back to where you had it when it was on the blocks.
