Still Regarding Hydro 100

Thanks for all the info so far. After reading all the post I did some more testing this morning.I redid the hay bale test, I hawled 3 1800lbs bales on a hay wagon going up a 15-20 degrees hill. Using low range and trying the different position on the gear shift the tractor could barelyyy make it. After that I tried going up a 30-40 degrees hill with the tractor by itself. It would almost make it but stop right at the peak of the hill. Once again, I tried playing with the throttle and gear shift. Once I finally found a position that would allow me to crawl over, I would try it again (same thing would happen). Am I right to assume that the hydro transmission is dying or very weak. I paid 7700$Can. for this tractor and did not expect to have to spend major money on repairs. I talk to the guy that sold me the tractor, he told me that on most hydro it is not the transmission but some capsule underneat the gear shift which go faulty. As anyone heard of that before?
