First thing to do is get yourself a hydraulic pressure gage. Disconnect the pressure line at the belly pump and screw in the gage. Then see what pressure you get when you activate the pump. Should be around 800 psi. If not, you have a problem with the pump. If you get pressure, then hook the lines back up and put the gage on the cylinder side of the spool valve and see what you get there. If no pressure or low pressure there when you activate, then spool valve problem. I'm guessing you have a problem with the belly pump. Any chance water got in there and froze up during the ND winter??
