IH 350 Utility

I am in the process of restoring an International 350 diesel utility. I am going through the transmission and found the gear for fourth and fifth is stripped on the inside which leaves me without a fifth gear. I was wondering if this is common in this model or if it is just my bad luck. Also, does anyone know of a good salvage yard that might have this gear. Your help is appreciated.
