the CONTINETAL was used a lot had one on a 62 combine the carb is same as an A or a B the mag has a ddifferent front plate it is rotated about30 degrees from what one on an A would be the clutch alowed you to start and stop the combine does this sound like what you have I have two of these some day would like to get one running
