IH McCormic Farmall 140

I NEED HELP PLEASE! My grandfather passed away this pass July and his tractor has been in the family for about 30 years.
I'am going to try to restore it. So I will need to found out some info on this model. On the tag on the left side of the crank case is: International
McCormick
Farmall
3559J Half of the tag is gone, this is all that is on there. What is the year of this tractor? Is it the same as an International 140? Anything would help. I appreciate and so would grandpa. Thanks Tony Jarmon
